This is my basic package, which includes two prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and one postpartum visit. I also offer packages with additional prenatal and postpartum visits - feel free to get in touch about this. Prenatal visits include any or all of the following: comprehensive birth planning, education, movement practices during pregnancy, comfort measures for labor, and hypnobirthing education (an add-on service offered in a higher-level package). Labor support includes: on-call starting at Week 37, virtual support during early labor, in-person support throughout active labor and delivery, continued in-person presence for three hours postpartum. Postpartum visits include any or all of the following: processing the birth experience, breastfeeding support, self-care for mom, addressing early challenges, and providing referrals as needed.

Do you want help with your birth plan without the cost of hiring a doula? I offer two comprehensive birth planning sessions, each of which lasts around two hours. With my background as an EMT and a social worker, I know the ins and outs of navigating hospitals. I will explain all of the interventions you may encounter in a hospital setting, and we will collaborate to create a birth plan document that feels right for you. Please note: this option ONLY includes birth planning (in-person or remote) and does NOT include support during labor. If you're looking for doula services, please check out my basic package!
