Revitalife PT is a woman owned physical therapy clinic located in Hopkinton Massachusetts. My name is Mitali Mohanan, I am the owner and a licensed physical therapist has over 15 years of experience in multiple clinical settings. Revitalife PT specializes in pelvic floor therapy for men and women, orthopedic rehab, geriatric care, and neurological rehabilitation, wellness training & a variety of classes for mobility pre & postnatal, relief from pelvic pain, falls and balance.I am is dedicated to eliminating barriers to treatment. Treatment is provided directly with me. I provide therapy in our Hopkinton MA clinic or when needed, I see patients throughout south Central MA in their homes.
