I am a Gold-Certified HypnoBirthing Educator and support families through birth education, private birth preparation, guided meditation, relaxation, fear release, and postpartum support. My approach centers on helping women feel connected to their bodies, confident in their choices, and deeply supported throughout their transition into motherhood.
