I support women/couples throughout the Birth Year.

I am available to offer support physically, mentally and emotionally throughout pregnancy and postpartum (a/k/a the 4th trimester).

I offer:

~ Chilbirth Education to allow women and couples to make informed decisions ~ Birth Planning assistance, including preparation for unplanned circumstances ~ Personalized yoga for physical birth preparation ~ Mindset coaching for the best birth experience possible ~ Logistical support for preparing space and resources for caring for their newborn, ease the stress of bringing a baby home, and feeding choices ~ Support throughout the 4th trimester for healing, processing, and logistics of life (i.e., dealing with other children while caring for a newborn, preparing to return to work, finding balance in self-care and tending to others’ needs, etc.). ~ Referrals when an issue arises that is not in the realm of my expertise.
