I am a certified prenatal/ postnatal yoga instructor, birth doula, and postpartum doula. My goal is to provide the support, education, and advocacy that is tailored to my clients and their needs. As a part of your support system, however that may look for you, I hope to provide a level of comfort and ease that allows you to focus on yourself, your family, and your baby.
