Tranquility Pelvic Health

I am a doctor of physical therapy and certified birth doula specializing in pelvic floor therapy. I offer in-home, virtual and in-clinic care in the Greater Charlotte region.

My specialties within pelvic health include pregnancy, postpartum, chronic pelvic pain and pelvic venous disorders.

My goal is to leave clients feeling empowered, calm and encouraged. I combine nervous system down regulation techniques and fitness / strength training to help clients feel their best.
