The Birth Space

I am a mobile pelvic health physical therapist and childbirth educator in central DFW. I specialize in pregnancy through postpartum. My care STARTS in pregnancy and emphasizes birth preparation, body balancing and addressing any pelvic concerns/aches. I complement this with flexible childbirth education that includes 1-1 in home and virtual services. I have two options for classes that include a comprehensive option and a one day hands on option. Both a tailored to individual needs and include pelvic floor considerations. The hands on portion covers everything to DO for labor and birth and includes partner support and comfort measures. Postpartum PT begins in the early weeks and is ongoing as needed. Birth preparation directly improves postpartum outcomes. This is the standard of care women and families deserve.
