Squash Blossom Doula Care

I’m a Full-Spectrum Doula (FSD), certified through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT). I’m originally from the Chicagoland area and moved to the West Coast in 2016… I relocated to Yakima, WA in 2024 with my partner and our two cats.

I’ve always been interested in finding a vocation where I can help my community. From navigating my own health journey, to supporting my friends and family on theirs, I saw my calling take shape, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

In addition to my doula certification, I am an herbalist (pursuing her certification in clinical herbalism) and currently enrolled in a course to become a functional nutrition specialist. I chose these disciplines to better support my clients with their needs that may present themselves through every part of their pregnancy and birth journey.

I provide whole person care, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit connection.

I value clear communication and transparency above all else. My goal is to support all my clients across their journey to grow their family, whatever that may look like for them. I consider myself a doula for pretty much everyone, but it’s important to me that we mesh well with each other. I support all families, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks.
