My passion for supporting families during one of life’s most profound transitions has inspired me to begin my journey as a labour and postpartum doula. With a background in personal support work, I bring experience in caring for individuals with diverse needs, including those navigating mental health challenges. This has strengthened my ability to provide calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental support in emotionally charged situations. I’m committed to offering care that is both intuitive and informed, creating a grounded and nurturing space where birthing people and new parents feel seen, respected, and empowered as they welcome new life.
