Welcome to Sage & Steele Birthworks! The offerings here are designed to cultivate the wisdom and strength that already live within you. My name is Taylor, and I am a doula and perinatal yoga teacher serving the greater Spokane area. My work takes a holistic approach to supporting families so they feel educated, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Pregnancy, birth, motherhood, and parenthood are common human experiences, but that doesn't make them any less extraordinary. These seasons of life have the power to transform us in ways we never expect. Named after my son's Waylon Steele & Sage Ira, their names embody wisdom and strength—qualities I hope to help my clients connect with within themselves. My role isn't to help you do it perfectly. It's to help you feel informed, supported, and grounded in the process.
