As a certified postpartum doula and IBCLC student, I support parents with a blend of emotional presence, feeding guidance, and practical help, always with a holistic, heart-centered approach.

I believe the postpartum season is sacred. It’s not just about recovery. It’s about being witnessed, nourished, and supported as you grow into this new version of yourself.
