About Me
I am a Certified Perinatal Behavioral Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Certified Doula. I am a mother of three and a PPD/PPA survivor. I am a huge perinatal mental health advocate and want to do what I can for all women to have access to affordable care. I provide virtual and in home sessions. My mission is to reach as many mamas who may be struggling with their mental health during their pregnancy or postpartum season of life. I strive to be the advocate and person I so desperately needed during my journey.
