I am a birth doula and certified babywearing educator who specializes in supporting birthing people aiming for an unmedicated birth. Having spent my adulthood as an athlete and mentor I utilize my skills on processing physical challenges to help birthing people break through their fear of an unmedicated birth by helping them channel the strength they’ve had within themselves all along.

As a babywearing educator I support caregivers in proper carrier fit along with finding the right carrier for you so that you can connect with your baby and keep them close while feeling confident and beautiful in the process.
