Hi there! I'm a seasoned mental health therapist and mother of two based in Raleigh, NC. Working with new and expecting mothers is a passion of mine as I know first hand the rollercoaster ride of becoming a mother! I have advanced training and certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International since 2020 and have supported other therapists and providers in gaining education and awareness of maternal mental health difficulties that can arise. Additionally, I have training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for mothers and individuals experiencing symptoms of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

In my work with mothers I take a highly collaborative, values-based, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. You can expect to take an active role in identifying and leaning into your values, while also learning and integrating skills such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-reflection. I also take a collaborative care treatment approach which involves including partners, other important social supports, as well as any medical providers, doulas, etc. that may be involved in your care.

I am currently accepting new clients and offer virtual therapy sessions to residents of NC, SC, and VA. If you are local to Raleigh, NC, I also offer "walk and talk" sessions as an alternative to virtual sessions. I am considered out-of-network with all insurance companies, however can provide a superbill if you would like to utilize any out-of-network benefits you may have.
