Little Oaks Doula

At Little Oaks Doula, I provide compassionate postpartum doula and newborn care support designed to help families feel confident, cared for, and supported during the transition into parenthood. I hold a BS in Child Development and Family Studies, am certified as a Postpartum and Infant Care Doula through ProDoula, and am CPR and BLS certified. My background includes over 25 years supporting children and families, including more than a decade as a preschool director, giving me both professional expertise and a calm, nurturing approach to newborn and family care.

I offer personalized daytime and overnight postpartum support, newborn education, feeding guidance, soothing and sleep support, emotional support for parents, and practical household assistance during the early weeks after birth. My goal is to create a peaceful, judgment-free environment where families feel seen, supported, and empowered as they adjust to life with a new baby.
