About me: I'm Becca and the healing arts are my love and passion. Our bodies are divinely made and are our very own master healers. I believe that with intentional loving support the body always has the capacity to heal itself. My relationship with healing and alternative medicine has been growing over the course of my life time and gave me a direction for my secondary education. I graduated with my B.S. in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in 2018. I then went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2020. I have been working as a Doctor of Physical Therapy over the last 6 years with a concentration in manual (hands on) therapies and holistic arts. Some of my training includes, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Abdominal Massage. I am a yogi to my core; movement, breath work, and meditation bring me life. Most importantly I am a wife to my loving husband, a dog mama to my fur baby and an angel mama to my beautiful daughters spirit. I am so happy that you have found your way here and I am blessed and honored to serve you in any way that I can.

About my practice: I created Little Lion Alchemy after my Daughter was born still at 38 weeks gestation. This practice is created in love and to honor the beautiful spirit of my little girl. Throughout my pregnancy my eyes were opened to the divine power that comes from a women's body on any given day let alone through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. A women's body is truly magical and so extremely powerful at every stage in her life. What I have also come to realize is how scarcely people feel this way. As I have come to the understanding of this great paradox, this extreme power that we are so very disconnected from, I have found my passion. In this practice education, self-care, true support, and healing are valued to the highest degree. My vow is to educate, encourage, love, and nurture, the divine feminine and help to return her home to every women.
