The Empowered Path

Located in Rockford, Michigan. Telehealth available. A special focus of my practice is maternal and perinatal mental health. I support women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, anxiety and depression, birth-related trauma, infertility and pregnancy loss, identity changes, parenting stress, and the many emotional transitions that can come with motherhood. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where moms can feel heard, supported, and empowered rather than feeling like they have to navigate these experiences alone. I hold a PMH-C and Trauma-Focused CBT certification.
