Hi, I’m Kelly!

I'm a birth doula in Treasure Valley Idaho.

A bit about my approach to care: I allow space for you to trust your body and your intuition. ​ I believe deeply that a mother's intuition is wise and worthy of trust. There is so much noise out there about what you should and shouldn’t do, both in pregnancy and postpartum. I believe in slowing down, quieting that noise, and tuning into what you already know deep down is right for you and your family. My goal is to offer evidence-based information that will help you feel confident and steadfast as you make decisions. You are the expert on your own family, and that doesn't change whether this is your first birth or you've done this many times before. ​ I'm also a safe person to share the hard stuff with. The real stuff. I hold space for strength and vulnerability to exist side by side, because both have a place in birth and in parenthood.
