As a mother of two, yoga instructor & international board certified lactation consultant, I am passionate about supporting parents to achieve their breastfeeding goals through education, personalized support and guidance. Having faced my own challenges, I truly understand how tough breastfeeding can be. My personal experiences led me to pursue a career in lactation, where I could provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based guidance to others. I love supporting mothers and their families as they embrace new roles in life and build trust in their bodies and mastering the process of breastfeeding babies/pumping human milk. My goal is to listen with respect and work alongside families to achieve the best health outcomes for both mother and baby.
