Home and Healing LLC is a boutique perinatal wellness studio in Apple Valley. I am a certified Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach and Prenatal Yoga instructor dedicated to supporting families through the first year of major life transitions. My studio is a safe, non-clinical space for movement, evidence-based education, and community socials. I specialize in the "in-between" spaces of the perinatal journey—providing the emotional and physical tools needed to thrive during the first year of parenthood.
