Her Holistic Womb offers postpartum doula support for families who want to feel prepared, supported, and grounded after birth. My work focuses on realistic postpartum recovery, newborn care, nourishment, rest, and advocacy. A core part of our work together is strengthening communication between partners. Postpartum places pressure on relationships, and I help couples prepare so they can support each other with clarity and care. I take a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach. My role is to provide steady, calm support during the postpartum transition and help families feel confident asking for and receiving help. Spiritual support is available for families who want it. As a Christian postpartum doula, I can hold space for prayer, reflection, and grounding conversations. This is always optional and guided by what feels supportive to you. Services are offered virtually and in person throughout Los Angeles County.
