I am a perinatal mental health certified occupational therapist offering rehab at home (in-person or telehealth available) and virtual community classes/groups.

My services include hand therapy (for orthopedic conditions of the upper limb from shoulder to hand), therapy for mommy's wrist or carpal tunnel syndrome, consultation on proper body mechanics and ergonomic infant care for new parents, and adjunctive maternal mental health support for the transition into motherhood. I can also offer support at the community level or in small groups.

I am here for you because I had very severe postpartum depression with my second child, and in the journey of recovery I discovered the urge to support maternal health through my work.
