Ground Floor Pelvic Physical Therapy

Helping and empowering women has always been a passion of mine. Hearing about pelvic floor PT, immediately felt the most fitting for me. The more I learned, the more I realized how much important information we were never taught about our own bodies throughout our lives and how many challenges women face without talking about it. Right away, I knew this specialty would be the best way to help women — because you should never be made to feel embarrassed or live with discomforts just because people don't want to speak of them.

I do concierge, one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy for women — at your home in Bergen County or parts of Passaic and Essex counties, virtual visits across New Jersey, and pelvic floor coaching anywhere in the country.

This way I can reach more people and meet them in the comfort of their own home. I want women to feel confident. I want you to feel confident — whether that's advocating for yourself during labor, wearing colored pants for the first time in years, or doing your favorite activity pain-free.

By returning to the foundation, the ground floor, I'll give you the education and strength you need to reach your goals.
