Labor Support I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth. Whether at home or in the hospital, I assist with comfort measures, positioning, and advocacy to help ensure a positive and respectful birth experience tailored to your needs and preferences.

Postpartum Care My postpartum services focus on nurturing both the birthing person and the baby. I assist with newborn care, recovery support, emotional well-being, sleep guidance, and establishing healthy routines. I specialize in nighttime care to help families rest and recover in the first crucial weeks.
