Hi, I'm Patice.

I'm a birth doula supporting families across Toronto and the GTA.

Birth can feel exciting, overwhelming, unpredictable, and sometimes all of those things in the same afternoon. My job isn't to make birth perfect. It's to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident enough to meet it as it comes.

Clients often tell me they're surprised by how calm they feel after we talk. I don't believe in fear-based preparation or overwhelming you with information. Instead, I help you understand your options, answer your questions honestly, and bring a steady presence to the room when it matters most. And if we can laugh along the way, even better.
