I am a certified infant massage instructor, I teach parents different massage strokes and techniques to help soothe baby. There are many different benefits of infant massage for both parents and baby such as: * Helping your baby to feel securely attached * Reduced crying and emotional distress * Increased levels of relaxation and longer sleep * Relief from wind, colic, constipation and teething discomfort * Feeling closer to your baby * Providing an enjoyable opportunity to spend one-to-one time with your baby * Learning a life-long parenting skill

I run a 5 week course an hour session each week. Each week we will concentrate on a different area of the body and the last week baby gets a full body massage. I will also show you a colic relief routine and some gentle movements.

This can be done one on one in the comfort of your own home or in a small group, a relaxed way to make local mum friends.
