Hi! I’m Emily, a birth doula serving families throughout the Phoenix Valley. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and genuinely supported as you prepare to welcome your baby.

I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, or a cesarean birth, I believe every family deserves compassionate support and care that honors their goals.

My approach is calm, reassuring, and hands-on. During labor, I offer comfort techniques such as position changes, counterpressure, breathing guidance, movement, and continuous encouragement while also supporting your partner so they feel confident and involved.

As a mother myself, I understand how transformative birth can be. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, answer your questions, and help you feel prepared every step of the way.
