Damaris Baby Care and Beyond

My practice centers on holistic birth doula support, providing families with compassionate, informed, and continuous care as they prepare for and experience birth. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, supported, and confident in their choices throughout pregnancy, labor, and the transition into parenthood.

My background in professional newborn and infant care allows my support to naturally continue beyond birth. I also provide postpartum doula care, Newborn Care Specialist services, lactation education, overnight newborn support, and gentle sleep foundations.

My approach is evidence-informed, family-centered with an emphasis on education, advocacy, emotional support, comfort measures, bonding, feeding, newborn safety, and postpartum recovery.

What makes my practice unique is the continuity of support I can provide from preparing for birth and supporting labor to helping families navigate recovery, feeding, newborn care, and the fourth trimester with confidence.
