I am a yoga instructor and doula in prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I provide emotional, physical, and educational support to mamas and their families throughout their pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum period.

I specialize in physiological birth, helping women connect with their intuition and inner wisdom, to lead them into an empowered motherhood journey. In our time together, we will begin to heal trauma, release control and learn to fully surrender, all while being fully supported and safeguarding your autonomy over your birth choices.
