Bodhi Mama Birth & Botanicals offers holistic, trauma-informed care for every season of motherhood. Combining massage therapy, clinical herbalism, psychology, and Ayurvedic culinary training, I support clients from fertility and preconception through postpartum. My work blends nourishing bodywork, custom herbal support, emotional care, and healing foods to help women feel supported, grounded, and well. With over a decade in restaurants and time as an Ayurvedic chef, I prepare deeply restorative meals for new mothers. Whether through touch, tea, or tender presence, my goal is to help you feel held—mind, body, and spirit.
