Erin is a certified postpartum doula and has felt called to perinatal work for as long as she can remember. She finds joy in providing support to growing families as they navigate the monumental physiological, emotional and practical shifts that can come with welcoming a new baby. She brings with her many years of experience supporting families professionally as a postpartum doula, family support specialist and licensed clinical social worker. As a mom herself with personal experience in both IVF and unassisted reproduction as well as birthing via cesarean and VBAC, Erin understands how unique each and every birth and postpartum experience can be. Her gentle demeanor coupled with her experience allows her to provide trauma informed, inclusive care to support parents as they adjust to the beautiful and sometimes challenging journey of parenting. She is flexible to meet the unique needs of each family through hands-on (feeding, soothing, light cleaning and meal prep etc), educational and emotional support. Erin has expertise in assessing maternal well-being as well as that of the newborn and developing infant. Erin is a mother to 3, received doula care and other professional supports after her own children were born, and like many parents, faced unexpected challenges while navigating the doubts and fears that many new moms encounter. The resources she found as a new parent not only brought her to a greater place of trust and confidence, but have also ignited even more passion and commitment to this sacred work. Erin is a lifelong learner and is currently studying breathwork and preparing for her PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification)
