Hi, my name is Anjanette Rebecca. Please don’t call me Becky :)

I’m a Brooklyn born, Queens lover & Staten Island living restored (retired) RN, mommy, birthkeeper, educator, plant mama, writer, and professional rabbit hole investigator, just like you. My journey is no different from everyone else. Stepping into full time doula support turned my life into the most amazing of them all. Supporting birth for a living finally gave my soul what it wanted, freedom.

I meet families and individuals where they are as a trauma-informed provider. As a full spectrum doula, there is no limit to where we can go. Services include virtual doula support, Spinning Babies, Childbirth education, somatic health care, sound therapy, lactation and pumping guidance, postpartum virtual support and perimenopause & menopause education.

I have a referral network of trustworthy perinatal advocates. Self-advocacy reflects the simple concept, you deserve to heard.

I spend most days in meetings laughing with my fellow birthkeepers who make sure the holders are held.

My life includes contortion classes, playing music and dancing to it without shying away from looking in the mirror.

My goal is to reconnect us to ourselves and one another. And keep birth safe for everyone.

I’m deeply rooted in my family, my many ancestral lineages, community, and the belief that we never stop becoming who we are. At almost 50, I’m having entirely too much fun figuring out what comes next. I welcome you to join me.
