Amber Pedicord Birth Doula

I’m a holistic and natural-minded birth doula serving Orange County, CA, and some surrounding cities. My role is to support, nurture, and empower women throughout their pregnancy journey, helping them reach their birth goals. I provide evidence-based research, offer local resources, and encourage couples to take classes together. I believe that physiological labor and birth enhance women’s outcomes, experiences, and overall health for both the mother and baby. Birth is a sacred rite of passage where the maiden sheds her identity, enters the mystery of the unknown, and finally reintegrates into the identity of motherhood. In addition to my birth doula services, I also offer placenta encapsulation services. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. I’m a wife and stay-at-home mom of two boys.
