I believe every mother deserves compassionate support as she navigates the many transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. My passion for maternal mental health grew from both my professional experience and my own journey through postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD following the birth of my first son. That experience inspired me to dedicate my practice to helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered during some of life's most vulnerable seasons.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in perinatal mental health and provide individual psychotherapy for women experiencing pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, OCD, birth trauma, infertility, pregnancy loss, relationship challenges, and identity changes in motherhood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I offer both in-person therapy in Upland, California, and virtual therapy for clients throughout California.

I have completed extensive advanced training through Postpartum Support International, including specialized education in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal loss, and perinatal OCD to hone my skills in working with this special population

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where women feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools to heal, grow, and embrace motherhood with confidence.
