Hi, I’m Olivia Lauzon and I am a licensed clinical social worker & trauma therapist serving CO, FL, and WA via telehealth. I specialize in perinatal mental health (trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, & infertility), military and first responders, and trauma. I am a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C).

I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, creating a grounded and supportive space for healing. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your experiences, and supporting growth, resilience, and self-understanding. My practice is rooted in the belief that people already possess the capacity for change, sometimes you just need the right support to access it.

I utilize an integrative process, drawing from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and interpersonal therapy.
