Hi, I’m Kitana! A Full-Spectrum Doula and proud mama of two. My own journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood opened my eyes to how deeply transformative these seasons of life can be. It has inspired me to support other families in finding their own balance, confidence, and peace.
My approach to birth work is rooted in evidence-based care and whole-person wellness. I believe birth is not only a physical experience, but an emotional and spiritual one too. It’s a sacred transition that deserves to be honored with presence and compassionate support. I am here to make sure you feel seen, valued, and informed as you welcome a new life into your world!
