Pacific Wellness Chiropractic offers an integrative approach to families in Pacific Beach and Rancho Bernardo, CA. I am Dr. Liz, the the co-founder of Pacific Wellness and have been practicing for 20 years. But my journey started years before that - I was that kid that actually aspired to what they wanted to be at the age of 12 and began working in my chiropractor's office at age 15, absorbing healing principles and confirming my calling. I am passionate about the how the body moves and am even more passionate about using my knowledge to help you move and feel better. Becoming a mother completely changed how I approached working on moms and babies in such a special way. I am a Webster Certified Chiropractor, BirthFit Leader, advanced pediatric chiropractic training, craniosacral therapist, myofascial release and tongue tie/lip tie movement specialist. I love to take a holistic approach respecting the head to toe connection, treating the entire body, discover deeper WHY and empower families
