Nurturing Wellness Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health

Welcome to my practice! As a Mom of 3 and Doctor of physical therapy my priority and passion is in educating birthing people on how to build their village, prepare for their ideal birth experience, and also prepare for the postpartum journey. As a certified holistic birth healing specialist and postpartum corrective exercise specialist I look at my clients as a whole, including what their current support system looks like and what past medical history and stories may affect how they are feeling now. Our nervous systems play a strong role in how are bodies feel during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I offer virtual, in- home, and in clinic visits where you can always bring your babies and children. My services include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, internal pelvic floor therapy, exercise, labor and push prep, cesarean prep, partner birth prep visits and more.
