CAPPA Certified Labor Doula With a background in biology, my goal is to ensure my clients have all the information and up-to-date research so that they feel confident in their choices and empowered to advocate for themselves in birth. My birth philosophy is rooted in the rights for autonomy, informed consent, and the intuition of the family I am serving. I love working with families as they prepare for the arrival of their brand new member and to help prepare them for the intense transition of labor, birth, and postpartum.
