Nourishing Birth

I am a THW Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator and soon to be Certified Breastfeeding Specialist! I provide prenatal, birth and postpartum support to families living in Lane, western Douglas and Coos/Curry counties. I have been doing birth work for 28 years providing evidence based information, physical and emotion support to families based on their unique needs. I accept Oregon Health Plan and some private insurances. I am happy to nourish all families regardless of their gender, sexuality, skin color, family culture or caregiver dynamics. I support families with home, hospital, and birth centers and will all birth choices. I understand the unique needs of families living in rural locations and enjoy helping them. I love being a doula! As a doula I have the opportunity to really get to know a birthing person and their family and support them within their unique family culture, as well as their unique goals and values around birth.
