I’m a Chicago based full spectrum doula committed to providing quality and individualized support to every birthing person and family that I care for. I understand the transition that a family goes through as they navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods. In addition to postpartum support, I am also a yoga teacher who specializes in perinatal yoga. I am equipped to support birthing people with yoga as they move through pregnancy and postpartum. Yoga is a great way to incorporate movement into your journey and to specifically support your pre and postnatal body and mind.
