About Natal Health and Fitness
Natal Health and Fitness is a holistic doula and wellness practice based in Massachusetts, dedicated to guiding families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with science-based and compassionate care. We blend evidence-based health education with holistic practices that nurture the body, mind, and spirit; helping parents experience confident, supported, and balanced transitions into parenthood.
Our services include birth and postpartum doula support, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and wellness guidance designed to promote physical healing, emotional well-being, and family connection. Each plan is personalized to honor cultural traditions, individual needs, and the natural rhythm of each family’s journey.
Founded by Michelee Chery, a health professional, fitness expert, and doula, Natal Health and Fitness was created to make quality, integrative care accessible to all families, empowering them with the knowledge, strength, and support they deserve.
