Hi, I’m NaiatheDoula! I provide emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant parents through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As your doula, my role is to create a calm, empowering environment where you feel heard, respected, and confident in your choices.

I assist with birth planning, offer comfort measures during labor, and ensure you have continuous, reassuring support from the first contraction to your baby’s first moments in your arms. Beyond birth, I can guide you through postpartum recovery, newborn care, and the emotional transitions that come with parenthood.

My goal is simple: to help you feel informed, supported, and cared for so that you can focus on welcoming your baby in the way that feels right for you.
