My Body My Temple

My Body My Temple, LLC is a full spectrum doula service located in Southern California. We provide physical and emotional support to birthing persons and their support system. Education and advocacy begin from preconception and can be extended up to one year postpartum. Our doulas provide childbirth education, birth plan support and postnatal visits. Additionally, we provide resources for new and expecting birthing people. Many of our doulas take insurance and may be willing to work with a payment plan. We believe that every pregnant and/or postpartum person deserves a doula.
