About Moon Sage Mama
After 2 decades in the trauma world and supporting hundreds of births through a trauma lens, I created a trauma-informed and maternal mental health trained doula agency aimed at creating loving space for those with trauma history, birth trauma, fertility trauma, higher anxieties, or those wanting an extra layer of care for whatever reason. Our postpartum angels will support daytime or overnight to help you heal, breathe, and rest assured baby, siblings, and YOU are cared for. Our birth doulas help to empower and ground and help you feel seen, heard and present during birth. Having a birth and postpartum doula, especially those specially trained, significantly reduces risk for postpartum moods and anxiety disorders. It is our hope to hold beautiful space for all that may come up on the birth and postpartum journey.
