About Mama T Herbs
Tre’La Peters (Mama T) is a Carolina-based birth and postpartum doula, VBAC advocate, and herbal wellness coach dedicated to joyful, informed, and culturally humble care. I blend evidence-based guidance with holistic tools—mindfulness, breathwork, and herbal support—to help families feel rooted, seen, and confident from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. My practice is trauma-informed and partner-inclusive, with special focus on physiologic birth, Black maternal health, and smooth postpartum recovery. I also offer placenta encapsulation and gentle fertility/postpartum herbal guidance through Mama T Herbs. With a Health & Wellness Coaching diploma from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and years of community service, I meet you where you are, honor your voice, and help you build a birth plan that fits your body, values, and vision.
