I am a birth and postpartum doula serving the Michiana area. My mission is to protect and support the sacredness and sanctity of birth and postpartum. I provide every birthing person with non-judgmental support during their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transformation. I value an evidence-based approach that reflects the strength and sacredness of birth and matrescene/patresence (birth of the mother/father) so that parents can enter birth with confidence in themselves. My goal is to give your family the knowledge, attention, and care you deserve to make informed decisions about your pregnancy, labor process, and postpartum period. I believe that the mother is always the center and source of power, knowledge, strength, and ultimate decision making in her birth. I am simply here to support HER CHOICES and HELP HER ADVOCATE for HER BIRTH EXPERIENCE! Together we are stronger. <3

Birth is a transformative time in families lives. All families should have the continuous support, unbiased resources/information, and care they need throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.

I am an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space. All family types are welcome here! All births are created equal. I support all types of labor and labor decisions.
