My role as your doula is to make sure you feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.

I offer spiritual, emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. With kindness, intuition, and compassion, I meet you where you are and hold space for the birth experience that feels right for you.

Every birth is unique, and so is every family. I bring evidence-based guidance, hands-on healing and comfort, and a grounding presence as you cross the threshold into parenthood—navigating both birth and rebirth with trust, ease, and care.
