Little Bluebird Doula Care

With a Master’s degree and Board Certification in Art Therapy, I bring a unique blend of therapeutic insight and creative approaches to my doula work. My background also includes extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families, ensuring each person feels understood and supported in their individual journey. Don’t worry, although the tools I have will be useful in many situations, I will not make you do therapy when in a doula role. The postpartum period is not the time to dig up your trauma. However, I will be much more likely to spot signs of PostpartumDepression/anxiety/psychosis should they arise, and will be prepared with the resources to help.

My practice is grounded in principles of inclusivity, non-discrimination, and respect for all families. I believe every parent deserves compassionate care and the chance to feel confident, seen, and restored as they grow into new rhythms of parenthood. It is an honor to share this time with a new family.
