Lightbourn Doula Care provides full-spectrum, culturally rooted birth support for all kinds of families. We center Black birthing people, LGBTQ+ parents, teen parents, and non-traditional family structures. Our care is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in trust.

We offer both in-person and virtual support through every phase of your pregnancy: - Prenatal care to build your birth plan and prepare emotionally and physically - Labor support with continuous presence, comfort techniques, and advocacy - Postpartum care focused on healing, adjustment, and nourishment

As a bilingual doula (English/Spanish) and practicing herbalist, I integrate cultural traditions, home remedies, and ancestral practices into our care. Your language, your story, and your needs are always welcome here.
